When I get stressed I do pursed breathing for 3 or 4 minutes.
What is "pursed" breathing?
You inhale through your nose 2 seconds and exhale through your lips which are pursed, or creating a smaller aperture for 5 seconds. It creates a little back pressure in your lungs which increases your blood oxygen.
